It is far below expectation advertised from their website. We chose Turkey because we believed in their photo before and after. The $12000 round trip cost (including 26 hours of round trip from the USA ) was totally not worth it. She experienced severe gas and diareah during recovery also. The woman named Zivilie’s initial promise of a $400 balloon removal fee was increased to a $600 and a breach of agreement. This resulted in a total loss of $12000 of minimal weight loss and extensive travel.Do serious research before blowing off money doing this procedure.Sherry Gonzalez ★☆☆☆☆ **Warning!!!**We traveled to Turkey for gastric balloon surgery because I heard it was cheaper than in the United States. We were assured that this procedure was one of the least risky surgeries and that it would guarantee good results.Unfortunately, I experienced severe vomiting and diarrhea for a week, resulting in a weight loss of about 6 pounds. By the start of the second week, my weight plateaued, and the only issues I continued to face were extreme gas and diarrhea. —————-After SIX months, I had ultimately LOST just 2 POUNDS —————————We spent around $20,000 on travel and the procedure, which included a 14-hour flight each way. Additionally, the balloon removal cost an extra $200. A woman named Zibeile did not honor her agreement and charged us this extra fee. I regret choosing the stomach balloon surgery because it didn’t yield significant results—just 2 pounds lost after spending a total of 30 hours on flights and $20,000 for both me and my husband, plus the additional $200 fee for the gas removal procedure.(I am using a different name in my post)Now, I wonder if I should have considered going to Mexico instead. I really wish I hadn’t been influenced by their misleading advertisements. I sent inspiration photo to his assistant before my first nose surgery and was assured similar shape would be achieved, which was the result I paid for. My first surgery in March 2023 resulted in a completely different shape. He did changes to my nose without my knowledge and consent, such as very sharp nose tip, too thin bridge, and uneven nostrils, even though I wanted a rounded nose tip as shown in the inspiration photo. I got the complete opposite of what I wanted. Making changes without the patients consent is a very serious violation of medical ethics.Despite my concerns, and the very severe harm caused, the issue was blamed on swelling even 7 months post-op. His assistant referred to my nose shape as “initial appearance,” claiming it was too swollen and would change over time, even though it was 7 months after surgery. So that clearly seemed to be deceptive communication, intended to silence me so responsibility gets avoided.After lots of effort and mentioning legal action, he accepted revision.The outcome of the second surgery also failed to meet my expectations. The nosebridge was curved instead of straight, which wasn’t what was shown in the inspiration photo. The nostrils are still uneven, and the tip is still not quite as I wanted.
